Hello, Octsobers.

I can't tolerate much of anything marketed as low-fat, low carb. My goal is to each as many whole, non-processed foods as possible - lean meats, vegetables, nuts (almonds, flaxseed) fruits, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yogurt - desserts are my downfall, though.
