I don't hear from my AV much but I did yesterday. At first I was confused by it since I haven't had it since my first few days in sobriety, now at 80 days. I was "ohhhh this is the feeling". I guess I don't normally associate with it much which is good for me. Since I don't acknowledge it, I won't act on it. Yay me for ignoring it, lol!
I am reading from people with much longer sobriety that it never goes away and I must stay guarded against it and always work on my recovery. Ok will do!
