Hi all - thought I'd post to keep things rolling
I'm okay tonight. I'm physically exhausted and not sure why. Maybe it's the change of seasons and that my body needs more sleep and is not getting more. I have had to take a nap for the last three days at around 5:00 pm. At least I'm recognizing when I'm tired and when I need to rest instead of the running to the wine store reaction to erase the tired feeling.
I had to cancel some plans tonight. I had previously made plans to see a friend - one I used to share glasses of wine at happy hour with. I made plans a while back and just didn't feel strong enough to order a mocktail tonight. Maybe another time. I know those non-alcoholic drinks can be just as yummy, but I didn't quite feel ready right now. Maybe in another few weeks. Or we could just stick to Starbucks
If I can get over this fatigue I will start feeling good and optimistic. Looking forward to that.
