I was there in 1993 I think. Can't remember the name of the nearest town, maybe Waterford. The camp was on the Belgrade Lake(s). I'm pretty sure the town sadly made the news with a mass shooting some years later, possibly in a church.
I loved my summer there especially my trips to Portland and Freeport. We also climbed the highest mountain ( or at least one of them). It had an Indian name. Lastly I sang my first ever karaoke there.
