Afternoon everyone! Welcome lealea and hogfish - this is a great site.

Thank you Cleareyes! I am feeling good! The headaches have been the worst. I did go to the doc yesterday. I assumed they were part of my detoxing. I was also so terribly afraid to admit to my doc that I have a drinking problem. But I did it!! It felt so good to get it out in the open. I was very teary of course. My doc gave me a hug and told me she was proud that I'm admitting it. Come to find out, my headaches are due to a sinus infection. I was so relieved because I'd been having awful thoughts, like - "I didn't have headaches when I was drinking. That maybe a glass or 2 of wine would get rid of them and I'd feel better." I am so grateful that I didn't give in. Feeling good today! So grateful.
