I'm having a pretty good day today after having a horrible weekend. Last night I actually did things to be good to myself and it helped. Funny how alcoholism makes you forget how nice it can be to have small niceties
I am worried about Thursday though, it's my biggest temptation day, but I'm making a plan. Thanks all!
