I didn't post this weekend, but reading the posts on SR definitely helped me keep it together. Saturday night all the triggers were there, except I had to pickup my teenage daughter and friends at an amusement park at midnight (they do a Halloween thing), so drinking was not an option. Sunday night witching hour came around and I had a bar of dark chocolate with a chocolate protein drink. This completely got rid of my cravings, for both alcohol and chocolate! Day 8 and hanging in there...
