My teenage daughter works as a caregiver for a disabled woman a few days a week and this woman is really in a jam tonight with no one to help her. She is the sweetest, most amazing woman I may have ever met, I am grateful we met someone who is such an example of how someone can build such a beautiful, fulfilling life despite physical challenges. Anyway I have decided to go help her this evening , take her to church and give her dinner. Not only is she a pleasure to be with, but I really want to be there for her. Besides, I think if didn't , Id be sitting around stewing about drinking and this is so much more worthwhile.
So my dangerous night alone that I have been so worried about has worked itself out. I am grateful!
