Casey how are you feeling after you bad day the other day , hope you've settled and are back to your cheery little self :-) no matter what , we all have to look over our shoulders for the rest of our lives.
We NEVER know when that bloody AV will rear its ugly head.
Often , it can be when we are at our happiest and most confident. We can never get complacent.
