Woke feeling full of anxiety this am.................have been "on the run" the last couple of days, so plan to stay home today & take it easy. I am working with a temporary sponsor & will finish my list of 15 ways my life has become unmanageable due to my drinking & my powerlessness over alcohol. I just wish it was something I could "erase" from my life.
