Good morning everyone.I had a rough day at work yesterday. They tried to pile a bunch of stuff on me and then things stopped working so I was in panic mode trying to reboot the computer system at work. The stress level was through the roof. I think I'm going to talk to the boss today about making changes and see if that goes anywhere. I'm getting ready to go for a walk this morning before I go to work.
The good thing is that I have no urges to drink over this. I will stay vigilant of course but so far so good.
