Day 136 here. Woke up late and wanted to make a noon AA meeting so didn't have time to check in here earlier. Meeting was awesome. I don't make this Sunday noon meeting very often but I should. It seems to be the "veterans" meeting at my home group. 90% of the folks in there have five or ten or more years sober. I think they all head there after going to church on Sunday morning.
Have to work in a couple of hours. Feeling better today so far. Time to jump in the shower.
Thanks again to everyone for all the help yesterday. I'm taking yesterday as a wake up call and making some changes in my recovery plan, need to get more active again.
