Good for you Casey.
I always feel the need to offer advise even when it's not being asked for. So here I go. Probably nothing new.

What helps we me the most is mindfulness. Don't fight it, pay close attention to the feelings. Shut everything down and pay attention to nothing else. Kinda "just get it over with" approach.

Here's one that's cool. I dare you to try it and tell me it didn't help. Write out 3 pages of what's on your mind. You can't stop until 3pgs are filled. Doesn't have to make sense. You just write what's on your mind. Even if it's "I'm gonna fill 3 pages and tell Inc that it didn't help" over and over.

AA mtg is a great idea too. A must do. You need to get rid of that palatable experience.
