I'm sorry that happened Casey - it's never nice to hear no, especially in that context.
I think they probably did you a favour tho ultimately - there's nothing worse than saying yes to something when you don't mean it and then doing a half assed job of it.
I have no idea why they said no, Casey, but I'd put it on them, not you.
You're a great guy who does a lot here to help others - try not to take it personally.
