I saw my psychiatrist yesterday and for now, he's keeping me off meds other than a small dose of lorazepam at night. Letitgo, I do understand what you were talking about with your psychiatrist and the meds. Hope you're ok.
I've had some physical/emotional effects, withdrawing off my antidepressant. I hope they clear up soon.
I had a really great visit with my friend, stayed overnight with her. We have a lot in common and I've opened up to her about my drinking history, she's very supportive and compassionate as you all are here!
I start an acting class in the city tomorrow. A bit nervous about it, I'd enrolled when I was feeling well, but anxious or not, I'll see it through!
