Itchy: That was quite an episode and I hope all works out for your FIL. If I were the buyer, I would not have gone through with it. Not that I am so noble, but the "too good to be true" syndrome would take over.
Good luck with the tooth FBL. I need some work too. I am 58 and have my teeth longer than anyone in my immediate family. All had dentures in their 40's and 50's. I hesitate to do much due to cost as I do not have dental insurance.
I am mostly a coffee drinker, but occasionally enjoy some tea. Never with sugar, but a drop or two of cream.
Weather has gotten cool here. The garden is not producing much anymore and that is fine. I did much better this year than in the past when we had two years of hot and dry. A rain shower this AM, Autumn is upon us.
