Glad to see you back Brain. Sounds like you've been busy. Trying to get in 40 minutes of mindfulness meditation a day It's difficult but I want to stay with it. I don't have all the junk to get rid of that you guys do. We got rid of a lot during the house rehabilitation this summer. My wife is going through a lot of old documents in the office that we can toss. It's amazing what you can accumulate over the years. At some level we're all packrats. Rainy weekend here in the DC area. Good for reading and meditation. We went to the gym this morning and I had a good workout with the weights.
