Until this time my road block was 34 days, but fortunately I've made it past that this time.
Well not sure but day 23 was my last of just "white knuckling" it. I went to the docs and also joined SR. I actually bought booze but managed to give it away before I got home
Day 63 - beginning of month three and I felt no better than the month before + bad day at work. I don't keep a daily journal but I note bits down from time to time
