hello everyone...
Vet I'm glad you are getting into the mindfulness practice...
last night as I was lying in bed I concentrated on a pain in my side and it went away from just the focused breathing...
been quite busy taking care of things around here... and refocusing my energy...
I got a lot of stuff taking up a parking space in the garage and I need to get it out soon, repair a crack in the garage floor that needs to be done before winter arrives and much much more...
spending a lot more time practicing on the mando - thanks Dee...

a couple weeks ago I found myself angry at the world for some reason... I needed to take a step back and reset. Been hiking with my wife and getting into a routine since she started working afternoons... I get a ton more done when she isn't around... and I have many tons of things to do...
since I relocated my sister's stuff to here I realize what a chore it has become to just sift through the stuff and get it valued...
plus all the junk I have 'collecting' over the years... It's become a full time job.
