I could never have meditated at 6am back in my drinking days. Now it's most days, or at least before work during the week. It's time I got in physical shape, though. Walking more and doing planks and some floor exercises after meditation in the morning. Hard to get up before 5:30am, though. Can't sleep usually until after 9pm and I need my eight hours. Good thing is it takes me five minutes to get to work.
