I've had to turn lights on in the house as I make dinner. And it's not even 8 o'clock, and still daylight savings. Dang! Got a hydraulic wood splitter today, and spent about 3 hours splitting some elm that had died on a fence line. Some of the logs were pretty large, and there was quite a bit of grunting going on. My back held out. But my energy tanked, and I spent the afternoon sprawled on a couch on the porch reading the Atlantic. Some pieces on political correctness in University culture.
