I think this is one of those things the more you put into it the more you'll get out of it.
It's like doing homework......and that!
One thing I've learnt/still learning is that this need to come first and then all else falls into place. This for me seems to be a fact.
Serious caution and or precaution must be taken by me to read what's going on around me.
