I was having a great day. Then i had to deal with a unsatisfied customer. Unfortunately I could not give them what they wanted. I have already spent numerous hours over the same point with them. They were upset and kept me on the phone forever. I felt upset and had an urge. But then i decided they couldnt ruin my Saturday so i sat outside reading the allan carr easyway to control drinking when i got back to my hotel. Had some chipotle for dinner.
