Yeah my anxiety is from alcohol, if I'm nowhere near alcohol it goes away, but it takes up to a week or two to get back to my normal self now, I just cleaned my house, cooked breakfast so I'm feeling a little better.
We'll stick together. I just hate that I got myself into this alcohol mess, now gotta get myself out.
