Hi Scooter - thanks so much for asking! I am doing OK. 5 weeks e-cigs and not a single nasty old cigarette. I have cut nicotine in the juice from 2.4% to 0.6%. I have a two week vacation coming up so I really hope to get down further then. The difference to my running times has already been astonishing! (Without too much detail there sure was a lot of junk in my lungs to be removed) Love it!
