Afternoon fools.
I'm doing ok izz. I did sleep through the night last night free, however it may not have been worth it. My back has been killing me all day.
Saw my primary care doctor today, well she was on vacation so I saw another. We discussed the sleep and depression a little, she gave me a few suggestions. I have a follow-up with my regular doctor in a month and will go into it deeper when I go back if it doesn't improve.
Say hello to mom obo for me. Also you are getting a good deal from free, I usually say that I could tell you but then I would have to kill you.
I hope Mariah and adna are doing ok. There are a lot of wildfires out west, hopefully not near them.
