Thanks for the condolences....
I often picture my father and my two best friends walking behind me....
Anyway, it's all in the past now...
I have a beautiful family and am lucky to have my health after all I've put my body through...
The losing of friends brought all that up again.... Everything changes for the better though I firmly believe if you're sober and doing some work on yourself...

Dee: Thanks I do try and use these losses as motivation. They can be used as a gateway to depressive thinking too....
