Four days. I will admit to a little slip up, so I guess I should technically reset to 1. Stuff is much better under control right now. I think the act of breaking the binging was a huge bonus. Basically, when. I first posted here I was totally out of control. Now I'm at least partially in control. I was drinking heavy every day.
Now I am staying sober most days and drinking moderately when "needed" big improvement and I should stop to acknowledge the achievement not only the bad things.
