Good morning everyone!
Starting day #98 here. Sometimes I wonder if I should keep counting out the days, especially when I have to double-check my previous day's post just to make sure what day I'm actually on! lol But it does keep me accountable.
Anxiety pretty bad yesterday late afternoon. Came out of nowhere and it stuck around until I grabbed a sparkly lemon/lime water and something sweet! That hasn't happened often, so I'm not sure what brought it on. I stayed sober so that's what matters most!
