Yeah it's wierd to say it but it helps that I was already isolating myself so I could drink the way I really wanted to. I don't have the dilemma of turning my back on my drinking buddies now because I did that a while ago. It's just me and a sober inner dialogue, instead of a drunk inner dialogue...and the www with it's endless supply of cat themed videos to while away the hours
