I know Bob , you are so right.
I rang a rehab this morn but they won't take me unless I'm drinking every day.
I've rung a councillor. She was lovely but didn't get much from it .
Maybe I will try a meeting. Holly said she will come.
What a lot to put onto my 18 year old daughter :/ I've just taken her to work .
I'm going to stay in bed today with Shaun and keep safe.
I'm watching the crime channel and true detective .
If I can get this day out of the way I'll be ok .
I must sound like a bloody broken record by now.
