I last drank Thursday night and blacked out. I'm 30 years old and have been failing to moderate for the last 5 years or more. I want to quit alcohol for good but I need some support. I'm thankful for this group and I will be posting every day. I'm hopeful that if I put in the effort, I can become and maintain sobriety. I am quitting alcohol with you all today.
