Relapse
17 days ago I had a relapse that lasted 4 days. Almost 2 weeks sober since then, and more importantly I've been to an AA meeting, which was enormously helpful. It is reassuring to meet people going through the same things as yourself. I bought a book 'Living Sober', and dip into in when my av is active. I intend to go to more meetings, and will be consulting this site on a daily basis.
