Start of sober day 37. I'm so sore from pulling weeks I might need to take a break today. Plan on taking a little trip up in the mountains and having dinner with my boys. Big day at work tomorrow moving all the telco stuff. Just knowing that is enough to keep the urges away. In the past I would use that as an excuse to drink. I was a regular genius at rationalizing reasons to drink :-)
