I really like that acronym DEADS tool BBB so I have jotted it down in my journal.
Its another hot lovely day here and I don't know why but that seems to trigger me. I think it may be something to do with the fact I live by the sea and there are a few bars here and everyone seems to be drinking. Yesterday the ice cream, bath and pj's worked even though I was in pj's by 7pm!
I will do that again today and keep in mind HALT and now DEADS
