31 days!
One month today ... There is still a long way to go and still a lot of issues to resolve, but it's a start, I love waking up feeling good and refreshed every morning anecdotal getting to know myself again. On top of that I feel like some things are headed in a good direction.
Thankful I found SR and have been able to get inspiration and motivation from everyone on here and thankful for a few real close friends and family for their support and understanding.
Looking forward to to the next month!
