Hey all. I've been looking over some of the older threads since I'm new here and I'm sure this question has been asked, but I'm really having a hard time looking at the screen right now so I'm just going to ask here so I'm sorry. Does anyone have any advice on how I can deal with the sobriety induced migraines? I am on day 4 and they are debilitating. I'd hide in a dark room all day but I have to work
Also: it's so great to see everyone here supporting each other. I hope this is the month for me and everyone else as well.
