Good morning all. I failed on my commitment yesterday. I am having such a hard time getting past the first week. I feel so depressed and disappointed in myself.
I did go to an AA meeting last night. I need something more, obviously. That is going to be a major part of my plan from now on. Gonna try for 90 in 90.
I am COMMITTING to 24 hours of sobriety.
