Well, I'm two hours ahead of you and going to bed. Just wanted to say hi! 40lbs down is concerning. Gonna see your doc soon? I need to see my doc! My scale creeps up!! A couple years ago my doc says, "well you don't have cancer!" In other words I wasn't losing any weight! Ha! Not fat by any means but would love to lose at least ten! Take care. Keep on keepin on!
