Soberwolf I'm really sorry to hear about your angst. I'm glad you were able to be open and honest with the therapist. I hope it turns out to be a great and helpful experience. Why not give out a scream? Into the pillow? To a super loud song on the radio? I dunno. I just hope the feeling passes soon.
