Gina, that's a really hard thing to take in. Hope things get better for your friend. I have a nurse friend (ICU) and get bummed by the stories she tells sometimes, so I can't imagine how much worse it was for you to hear that, and for him to experience it.

Had a big day yesterday--out for lunch, dinner, a show, walked around downtown, lots of driving. I was so tired, I fell asleep the minute my head touched the pillow. So....maybe I need to exercise more for good sleep.
Not much going on but routine stuff today, will be busier tomorrow with friends and some family.
