We have a huge plot of mint at our condo building, courtesy of a fellow who transplanted a few stems about 5 years ago. It takes over, which is fine as it is in an area where grass does not want to grow. I pluck some to add to my tea now and then.

In my main garden plot, I have tons of Thai basil that came back volunteer, a pleasant surprise. Have some oregano, chives, parsley and sweet basil in pots.

I make jelly with the basil, really good. But I do not eat much of it since it is full of sugar!
