the other shoe dropping I think is a huge hurdle for my own recovery! No matter what situation I find myself in, I always feel like there is something just awful that is about to happen because it always has.
I have since taken to trying out positive affirmations and giving more belief in the
good, positive things in my life, as opposed to all those chaotic times that hurt so much.
And, oh my! Monday comes tomorrow!!! Woot! LOL
