Morning everyone Day 10 ... feeling tired again :-(
Hey DD I hear you, I feel so guilty for no working more on my writing but I am learning to be more patient with myself ... I realise my impatience/frustration often led me to drink because when I drank I didnt care and that felt better but of course the next day was 10 X worse adding shame on top.
