Hey everyone!
Back from day 5 of my IOP (Intensive Out Patient) therapy for substance abuse (alcohol), talking to the counselor about getting into something else, this doesn't seem to have much benefit for me personally.
We talked about one on one counseling maybe being of more benefit, so may be examining that option soon.
