oh yeah, when I was in Pakistan the rules were do not drink anything but coke from a bottle. And have it opened at your table. If it's open before you see it, don't drink it. And don't use ice, if it's warm, drink it warm...
Some day I'll tell you about the guy I saw take a dump right on the sidewalk in Karachi. Just walking down the street. Stopped and assumed the position - standing up and adjusted his sheets. Dropped one and continued on his way. No big deal, just everyday social norms...
