Geez, Nons, sorry about the setback. Glad to see you're back and looking forward. For some of us, guilt and depression can really kick in after that kind of thing - I'd reckon its best to keep your eyes on the present. You'll be okay, man! And I agree with others who have said that reminders like that are helpful. Every so often, I get a case of the "what ifs". Seems to spiral.
