I'm in Kennett Square, PA now. This is known as "The Mushroom Capital of the World."
The gravesite ceremony was lovely. I was expecting five people--but much to my shock, thirty four of my cousins, their children, and their grandchildren came! The last of my dad's generation, my Aunt Mickie, drove up from Ohio with her son. So at the last minute I had to scramble and book a larger room at the restaurant! That was a good problem to have. It was great to see everybody. We all stayed around for a good three hours. I think a good time was had by all.
It is a relief now that it's all done, though!
