I have a busy brain, too. And tend to 'should' on myself. I should be here by now, I should have this by now, I should be this type of person...Be quiet brain! It can be very overwhelming when we look at everything all at once. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. I use that as a funny reminder to take things step by step. It will all work out, I promise!
