Day 11 begins. Yesterday was rough with cravings. Nothing physical. It was the AV slipping in advice throughout the day. Distracted myself and waited them out. Had 3 smokes. Terrible regression. I just can't get rid of my smokes. Going to get a physical this week and request chantix to quit smoking. On the bright side I have had 4 smokes in 11 days which is roughly 2% of the amount I would normally smoke. Have a great day!!
